Overall it’s an amazing piece of craftsmanship. Their FAQ mentions customised cards but it’s not possible.

A beautiful birthday or valentines card.

It was my partner's birthday on 11/01 and I wanted this card for her. I was concerned that she would get it on time for the occasion, but the company was closed for the festive season and wouldn't be back until 06/01.
