Beautiful card but attention to detail a little lacking

Ordered a beautiful card for my wife’s bday. The quality of the card, the materials and the overall presentation was excellent.

Sadly there was one rather annoying issue in that there was a lot of excess glue on the front main heart crystal which does spoil the shine and ruins the look a little. Such a shame.
