I was concerned that the card wouldn’t arrive in time for my wife’s birthday, especially when I was informed that you were closed between Christmas and New Year, I left a note expressing my concern but thankfully the card arrived the day before her birthday, I think this was excellent customer service and above and beyond, thank you Lotus Art I will use your service again.
