Timing and delivery of product was swift and as promised. The only down side to this purchase and choice is you don’t receive exact colours of the card/ flowers that you order. For instance I selected a plum and dark pink and gold ribbon choice as its autumnal. However the card received was all completely light pink. Not my favourite colour at all. Otherwise the card itself is lovely in itself
